I previously worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at a call center for 8 years which has taught me a great deal about the American business culture. I have also been employed as a Virtual Assistant wherein I was responsible for communicating with customers via chat, email and phone. I also ran sales reports, post items on Facebook, call suppliers and everything else that my boss needed to be done. I also have experience in teaching English online.
