I think outside the box and take the path less traveled. I believe everyone or any company/organization should always be looking to change or improve themselves. If you're not changing or improving, then you're not evolving with the times and you get left behind.

I'm always looking for new ways to improve procedures and protocols in order to become more efficient and more productive for the company as a whole and not just as an individual.

I believe protocols are set for a reason but they need to always be changing, improving, and evolving as time goes by in order to keep up with the competition.
