I have finished a course in Fine Arts major in Commercial Arts and a degree in Architecture. Drawing, rendering, designing and other forms of art is my first loved but most of my professional experiences were in a Business Process Outsourcing. It is in fact with customer service and sales where I find myself relatively comfortable doing with and go beyond another performance. I strongly believed that I am skilled at talking to people through their problems and coming up with creative solutions. As I always say, It is part of my everyday pursuit. I am also passionate about motivating the team by suggesting improvements and supporting my superiors with the implementation of changes may it be new procedures, objectives, and through training. I have no problem when comes to embracing new changes within the company policies. With top-notch skills gained trough various experiences, I can bestow leadership abilities and strategies for achieving profit gains to this position.
