Since I've been into working environment, I keep on searching on how I can enhance my professional skills. So, in my 8 years working experience, I've been into customer service for 5 months, as Marketing Officer for 11 months and in Quality Assurance field for almost 5 years. I also managed also to have another job as outbound agent in Manasseh Jordan Ministry for 3 months (while I'm into my present job in Quality Assurance).
