i earned my degree and learned valuable skills, my attention to details and my high rate of accuracy, i work as an account supervisor were i learned how to address customer needs, scheduling appointments, and dealing with different people, and solving problems, i also work as a data technician in a bpo company were i was frequently responsible for transposing clients data from paper file and form into the database with a minimum time. i learned to be effectively communicate, identify customer needs and solve any situation in the most professional way.
