I have 8 Years of BPO experience which includes providing customer service and technical support through inbound/outbound calls, chat, email and back office for industries such as Information Technology, Top US Computer Manufacturers, Internet Service Providers and Health Care Providers. To get better in what i do i had undergone training for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL),Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) its certification program that aligns certification and training curricula with evolving industry job roles.Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA A+) The A+ certification demonstrates competency as a computer technician.
