I am experienced in the field of writing, customer service, web research and data auditing.
I have been working for 3 years as a multi-skilled customer service and technical support representative. Having been in business process outsourcing companies that provide service directly to major companies (Microsoft, iBahn, Sprint and Time Warner Cable), I can provide expert technical support, navigation and troubleshooting for most modern devices and peripherals (Apple, Android, Windows OS).
I have also been working for the past year and a half as a full-time Virtual Assistant handling email management, data entry, appointment setting and data auditing.
I have also always been writing both for personal/creative pursuits and for business purposes. From primary school up to college I have contributed in one way or another to the school paper (Editor and Contributing Writer). Since college I have been freelancing as a content writer for numerous clients online.
