I am Jean Pierre A. Lobina, 35 years old. I have worked as a Social Media technical representative/moderator for a mobile company for almost 4 years. Basically, our role is to provide technical assistance or resolution and answer all of our customers' concern via Facebook, email and live chat in a timely manner. We also make a follow up calls if necessary. I've been a full time Content Support Analyst (home based) as well. Using the internet, my role as a Content Support Analyst is to research information, ensuring that our provider's database is correct and up-to-date. I also engaged with ad hoc duties as provided by our Team Leader. However, the project ended last March 2016, I am now looking for a new and great opportunity.
