I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for six years.
I used to work as a Call Center Representative for six(6) years and three (3) months for a BPO. The scope of my job was to answer incoming phone calls on a timely and professional manner; it is also my responsibility to note and update accounts with confidentiality and accuracy. It also engaged account research, information verification, and answer clients inquiries and request and access relevant files. I am goal driven and eager to learn.
