I currently work as a business writer for the SCMP and International Herald Tribune but my true passion is business and macroeconomic research. I worked as a senior economist for the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) and as research head for BusinessWorld Publishing Corp. EIU is an affiliate of The Economist magazine based in London and BusinessWorld is the leading business broadsheet in Manila. I participated in the whole research value chain from data gathering, statistical analysis and forecasting to business writing, editing and desktop publishing.
