自己紹介
I am a Customer Service Representative for more than 3 years in big companies here in the Philippines. I handled Inbound and Outbound calls and dealt with Americans and Canadian clients. I worked with Dell Financial Services, Bell Canada and MCI. I was promoted as a resolution specialist at Dell Financial Services and also earned an award as one of the top 3 agents of MCI for Customer Satisfaction. I also worked with UPWORK or former Odesk as a Virtual Assistant and an Appointment Setter. I worked directly with the company owner helped her out with her daily routines as a secretary and also do an outbound calls for our clients and offer them our services. I am an adaptable person, team player, a fast learner and I worked with quality and less supervision.
