I would consider my professional experiences to be dynamic since I was exposed to different fields and skills. Currently, I have been tutoring English on-line to Japanese professionals for almost three years. Part of my ability to conduct lessons and training were due to being a college instructor and handling sales/compliance workshops to customer service representatives who were talking with Americans regarding their credit card. I was also a Sales Performance Manager for two years, I handled our site's sales initiatives on how we would meet our daily quota and again part of that was coaching sales outliers and conducting workshops to better assist teams in handling good customer service. Also, as a Team Leader, I've been adept at administrative skills such as creating emails, writing word documents, creating tables and charts but my strength was one on one coaching with my subordinates to better assist them in producing quality output to meet the clients' demands.
