Recruitment, Induction & Staffing:
 Handling the recruitment process screening and short listing of candidates up to offer stage.
 Forecasting and analyzing work force for job posting and providing feedback to management.
 Ensuring that recruitment and hiring activities should be compliance to Aramco requirement.
 Develop, coordinate and implement a variety of people development and selection strategies and meet organizational objective in ARAMCO.
 Orienting applicants for ARAMCO ( Supplemental Manpower Projects) for possible selection, procedures, role clarity and strengthen interpersonal relation through periodic communique of availability of candidates(Applicants).
