I have been with the BPO (call center) industry for 10 years and honed my skill as a customer service specialist. I have worked for different clients in the US, in the pharmaceutical field and finance. Presently I am connected with a Telco in Australia, still as a Customer Care representative. This involves helping customers with their account, from billing, to general inquiries, and on every call we make sure that clients' concerns are addressed appropriately , and make them feel happy and valued, but at the same time values the company or client's policies and business goals.
