Working in Software development since 2007, I have a lot experience and skill at both sides: technical and management. In technical, I can study or research new technical; design architect of whole project or platform; problem solving or implement complex algorithm function. In management, I was a CTO of start-up company. I built entire technical department, split department to smaller teams and built working process between those team.
