I am an experienced customer service representative and has worked in several BPO companies for 8 years. I have handled accounts like business, billing and healthcare and have held assistant supervisory position in one of the companies. I did email support, voiced and no-voiced accounts. I was also a writer for website content for more than a year.

I have exceptional English communication skills, can work with minimal supervision, efficient, hardworking and self motivated. I am excellent in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and knowledgeable in MS Excel. I can handle research, data entry, email support and customer queries and complaints.
