Over the last 10 years, I have been engaged in a BPO company. I started as a Sales Associate then worked my way up as a Sales Trainer. I trained agents in Sales Foundation and Client Specifics Training for 5 years. I developed modules and processes to ensure efficiency in training. Later on I was again promoted as a Business Development Officer specifically in charge of Corporate Sales or Client Acquisition and Client Relationship Management. Through the course of 10 years I was able to polish my fluency in written and oral English. Being a Business Development Officer made me polish my writing skills as business writing is part of the tasks.
