With my experience of outbound and inbound telesales marketing, experience in financial customer service and tech support , I believe I can use them to my advantage in order to perform the role or task that will be given to me. I am flexible and can adjust well from morning to night shifts and vise versa as schedule change is constant in the BPO Industry. I have been exposed to communicating with different customers/clients fort he past 8 years so it is not something new to me.. To top it all I have the tools required to perform my task and so I can start immediately.
