I have a vast work experience since 1994 and have handled a number of tasks which involved but not limited to Documentation / Data Entry, Customer Service, Sales, Collection, Print Design and Transcription.

I am very proficient with MS Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Access, MS Publisher) and other windows-based applications (i.e. Acrobat Photoshop, InDesign, CRM, Zendesk, Liveperson, etc.). Am able to type up to 70 words per minute with great accuracy and am keen to details.
