Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science graduate; I have trainings and experiences working in a non-governmental organization, government office, in a law firm and has been in a BPO industry for a year.

Working in non-governmental organisations made me experience organising events, big or small. Through that, I was exposed to different people and culture, local and international.

Working in a government office has taught me how to work professionally with rigour. The experience has also been learning ground for me to work under pressure.

Working in a law firm trained me to work with serious confidentiality. Stories of cases from a lot of people varies and are really fascinating. Thorough legal research should be practiced.

Lastly, my one year experience in the BPO industry has taught a many things most especially when it comes to handling customers who are located in foreign countries like the US. I'm confident with my customer service skills.
