I'm a graduate majoring Hotel Management from Trisakti Institute of Tourism in Indonesia. I had a 1 year training especially in Food and Beverage service in Atria Residences Gading Serpong, Indonesia and Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel, Indonesia. I was awarded as the runner up of best upseller at Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel. My name was written as an outstanding staff in Medalia which is a forum for the guests who stay in Accor's Hotels. Recently, took TOEIC with score of 815 points. I also worked in Starbucks Indonesia for 7 months and had to quit because I moved to Japan. My used languages are Indonesian, English and basic Japanese. I'm confident with my approachment towards guests and I am willing to make the guest as comfortable as possible.
