I started as a lecturer in Finance at the University of the Humanities, Mongolia where I obtained my BSc degree in Finance and MBA. At the university, I was responsible for teaching finance courses, curriculum development, student advisory and thesis supervision. After working there for a year, I went to the UK and obtained MSc degree in Education from the University of Oxford. After graduation, I joined Mongolian Stock Exchange and assumed roles such as the Coordinator of Capital Markets Development Centre, senior specialist of the Listing department, manager of Capital Markets Development Division and recently as the Acting Deputy Director and CFO. I have been responsible for market promotion, market education, listing reviews, financial planning and strategic decisions through my roles at the stock exchange.
I also worked in several international development and research projects as a research assistant, responsible for data gathering and analysis.
