- I’m playing at technical lead and technical manager role at current company (~25 employees). As a technical manager, I manage the technical team (about 6 technical leads), bi-weekly meeting discussing all technical issues, new technologies, seminars/training plan… I also interview candidates, training coding process for new developer employees.
