As a result of my work history, I developed interpersonal communication skills, competence in time management and leadership skills. Moreover, I can bring to the table firm capabilities in the fields of preparing required documents, developing Action plans. Apart from my ability to deal with complex problems, I am also good at helping the fellow team members and thereby encouraging them to be more fruitful in their jobs besides capable in building community support, key coalitions and strategic inter agency partnerships with strengths in program, personnel and case management.
I have a penchant for writing and few of my works are published and that passion helped me to enhance my documentation and communication skills.
