After studying at universities in Japan, the UK, and the US, joined an American documentary film production company as an intern. After that, he moved to Beijing, China and worked as an art director at Ogilvy & Mather. He is mainly in charge of directing TV commercials for Honda affiliates, US-based Kimberly Clark, and China Mobile, as well as TV and digital advertising. After the Beijing Olympics, he wanted to go back to his roots in filmmaking, so he moved to Berlin, the capital of Germany. So he got a job as a lead artist at a 2D/3D animation production company. Having won several international awards, he established an animation production company based in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, for his new challenge. After returning to Japan when his parents retired, he joined McCANN Healthcare. After that, he worked for a new venture IT company, an advertising company affiliated with ADK, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, before turning to freelance last year.
