I've worked as a Network Support Engineer for AT&T , wherein I've handled T1 circuits for business clients. I also have an experience with residential clients, supporting ADSL connection, Wireless Router configuration and OptikTV solutions.

I had an experience with virus removal when I was with Microsoft Australia, wherein I've worked as a Tier 2 Tech support. I used various manual cleaners such as Malware Bytes, Spybot Search and Destroy, Revo Uninstaller and CCleaner.

Right now, I own a computer shop business, in which I manage remotely (via CCTV). I have two staffs who looks after it. I have all the time in the world to do a full time job.
