I'm a freelance photographer and graphic designer. I've done portrait shoots and wedding photography. I've also designed brochures for product catalog, wedding invites, holiday greeting cards and banners for birthdays, weddings and other events. I'm adept to using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign on Windows and Mac platforms.

I've also worked in a call center environment for more than 8 years as a customer service and technical support representative. I've worked as a Microsoft customer service, Dell Computers and Lexmark technical support in the past.
