Professional Experience
I have 8 years experience in software and 3 years work in finance banking industry.
First of all, I joined TMA Solution with role Software Engineer to develop an e-commerce product for client in USA.
After that, in FPT Company, I joined project with client in Japan, Nissan Company and KWE. In this project, I had opportunity to improve my management skill, lead project with 7 members and help company get project from client successfully.
And then, in IBM Company, I worked on COFINOGA Project for Credit Suisse, it is credit-banking project using COBOL Technology. In this project, I had opportunity to improve my skill in finance and banking industry during 3 years.
When I worked in SystemEXE, Japan Company, I have opportunity to improve my leader skill and communication skill base on extend team members and training for newcomers tasks.
