Professional Experience
I have been in the call center industry for a total of 8 years now. I already worked as a customer service representative for Bell Canada's home phone, internet, and tv. After 2 years I became part of their escalation team. I've also worked as a technical support representative for Google pixel phones for US and AU customers. Currently, I am part of the helpdesk support for an IT company.
Working in the call center industry gave me the experience I need to become flexible at almost everything. I know I can be an asset to your company. Together with my perseverance, I am highly adaptable, a fast learner, and a good employee.
