I've been in the BPO Industry for almost 4 years. I started as a Sales Representative in Teleperformance in which I helped customers in booking their hotel reservations. I then transferred to Convergys as a Technical Support in which I helped customers in doing troubleshooting to fix their internet connection problem. Unfortunately, the account was closed, I was then reprofiled to a Health Insurance Account as a Health Advocate I assist Nurses or Doctors in checking if a certain diagnosis is covered or why the certain claim is denied. I was then hired to EXL as a Customer Service Specialist in which I helped customers in checking their benefits once they retired and assist them in processing their loans or withdrawals.
