I'm a Bachelor of Arts in Communication graduate and a former Information Officer and Administrative Assistant under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (a national agency that caters to the marginalized sector) for more than four years handling social media management, communications, advocacy, and administrative works.

Aside from having extensive experience in the field of communication, I have also spent my professional years engaging in marketing activities; developing visual concepts and working on logos, menus, videos, designs and other graphic needs.

I also have experienced being under the hospitality industry as a Reservations Associate at the Manor Hotel where I handled bookings, concerns, and inquiries of guests and prospects. I was also a former Customer Relations Officer at Cignal TV handling issues, concerns, and inquiries of clients, improving the company's client satisfaction and retention rating.
