I had two years of experience in teaching in classroom setup wherein I taught students of different subjects but my major is English. As a teacher, I always need to edit their essays or correct their mistakes and make suggestions of how their content could be better. I also had experience of being an ESL teacher where I am teaching English to foreigner students and majority are Chinese. I had experience in customer service when I was still in BPO. I am answering calls from customers in USA and gave them the proper and best solutions to any concerns that they are calling for.
