I'm taking some online courses to upgrade my skills and be certified. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than 2 years in telephone and in store, including sales, seller service and customer care. Right now, I'm an online seller using my Facebook account and my Facebook store page. I'm also doing some custom resume and cover letter layouts and custom design layouts using Canva. I know that a lot of freelancers out there are much skilled than me but as per my personality, I'm a process oriented person; I always want to get task done as early as the due date is because I don't like rushing things but at the same time quality of work is important too. I'm open to opinions and ideas from a teammate and my superiors, and I'm a team player. I'm willing to be trained and accept mistakes and errors. And since it is remote job, my working hours are flexible. I can do the job anytime of the day as long as it needs me.
