I am Benjie Orate, a graduate of BS Marine Transportation. My last work experience is in a BPO company as a Customer Service Agent for 4 months. My task were to answer customer's question's about their bill as well as process payments. It was a challenging job but I learned a lot from it. Aside from that I used to work in an airline company for 10 years as an inflight catering operator and also for tourism industry for almost 5 years as a tourist guide/driver. Most of my work experience's is dealing with customer service.
