Title: Analyst
- Find qualified pictures/photos of worldwide retail location
- Update streetmaps of top shopping streets monthly and retail rents quarterly
- Edit and gather the premium store openings, expansion plan of luxury brands, important M&A deals and shopping centre launchings into Retail Market Study yearly.
- Work in international research and sales team
- Prepare brochures/ proposal and exposes to send to landlords/retailers
- Make retailer candidate lists, identify key contact persons
- Support sales and acquisition team
- Develop and consolidate the CRM Database
- Perform other tasks assigned by the board of managers
Software in use: Flowfact, Constant Contacts, Snipping Tools, Citrix, Google search etc.
