I have worked in the BPO industry for more than three years with mixed technical and customer support specialties. As a call center agent, I've handled several international accounts and provided them support via phone, chat and email support. Being tenacious, critical-thinker, and a good researcher and troubleshooter are some of the things I'm good at. These are the qualities I believe helped me in building a good relationship with my customers at work and even in my business.
