I have been a call center agent for 7 years and mostly as a customer service representative and with 2 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant. As a virtual assistant, I have been scheduling posts using Tailwind through Pinterest. Post on IG/IG stories, Facebook, and send emails to potential customers via Mailchimp.

Considering the experiences that I had, I have gathered a lot. I learned that being responsible has a vital role in achieving one's goal and I'm certain that every successful company requires not only a goal-oriented employee but also a responsible one. Being keen on every detail is necessary especially when dealing with important information. My goal as an employee is simple, that is to treat my client as a friend and most of all provide them the best service they surely deserved.

I have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Files, Internet Savy and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
