I've studied Information Systems, even Travel and Tourism Management. And that didn't stop me from doing what I love, I switched to Customer Service! I've handled Billing and Sales, and Technical Support. I've also worked as a Hotel Reservations Specialist for a Hotel Chain in United States. My previous job was with an E-commerce company, assisting customers with their parcel and/or packages.

In my free time, I read books, play mobile games, and cook. I love to explore and discover new things.
