I am also a highly experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative Expert with over Two Years in the Industry, I have strong experience in handling different facets of Customer Support, whether it be through live chat, phone, or E-mail, and in addition to that, I was a team leader for almost a year. This experience, coupled with my education as an IT student has resulted in creating the most exceptional customer service skill set and has enhanced my ability when it comes to technologies.
