Currently, I am an ESL English Teacher for International students and I have 3 Certificates in TEFL, TESOL, and TEYL.
Previously I was a Science and English Teacher for 3 years, and prior to teaching, I was a Corporate English Trainer in a Call Center for both inbound and chat/email here in the Philippines for more than 5 years.
Within that 6 years of working in a Call Center or BPO, I started my Customer Service Experience/Job as a Customer Service Specialist in a Call Center/BPO in the Philippines for both inbound and Chat/Email. It honed me to where I am now, especially on how to patiently assist customers and resolving their concerns as per company policy. And even now as a Teacher, I am still on a Customer Service job as I also assist my students and co-teachers.
