👋 Hi! my name is Jergen. I am from Cebu, Philippines.
🎓I am a graduate of Business Administration in Marketing Management (April 2019)
📞I have been in the BPO industry since 2011 and most of my experience is Customer Service Support.
I also worked as a Technical Support and ventured Inbound and Outbound Sales. Currently I am a Senior Case Manager with TDCX.
🎯 My goal this year is to start working at home. I am looking for a stable, long term home based job with a dymanic and fun team.
🍜 I love watching cooking videos and try it at home. I mostly cook Filipino dishes and make new kinds of dessert.
