My name is Benny Salvi T. Tambien and i am very interested for a position as a technical support advisor. I started in the BPO industry about 13 years ago in one of the leading BPO company which was Etelecare. Since then, i have worked for several leading companies in the business, namely, Teletech, Teleperformance,Accenture and lately Teledirect as a technical support advisor. I have supported major brands and projects including Apple, OnePlus, quickbooks and as one of the pioneers for the google account here in Cebu.
In my 13 year experience as a technical support advisor, i have had different roles and positions ranging from front-end support, SME, tier 2 support agent, back office and also got promoted as a team leader. The skills I have picked up such as computer knowledge, communication, technical, customer service and leadership skills can be an asset if i am to be considered for this position. Thanks!
