自己紹介

I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative for a year now. My main task is to provide brilliant customer service in response to a wide range of inbound customer queries to help resolve problems and issues professionally, ensure that customers are fully satisfied with the service provided, and are offered value for money to build the client’s reputation as a first choice provider of media services.

Previously worked as a Social Media Manager for 5 months. I am responsible for creating FB page content, engaging with customers by replying to comments, answering their queries, and book appointments. After that, I went to Japan to work as a Scaffolder. I support in designing and planning of the structure including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, supports, etc. Transport scaffolding materials to the job site, construct and secure scaffolding around the construction projects, and taking down the scaffolding after a job is finished.
