I'm Tifany, I graduated as a Human Resource Development Management last 2016. I started my career as a customer service representative after I graduated in college and I'd like to help clients who needs to take care of their customer by answering their inquiries over the phone, emails or live chat. I've been assigned to different task, different teams and assisting so many customers with different personalities and nationalities. Helping others is really my passion since even before I started my job. And my top priority is to make customer satisfied and happy at the end of the day. On top of that I'm organized, tech savvy, trustworthy, can do multitasking and can work with less supervision.Right now I am looking for a permanent work from home job and looking to explore new sets of ability and skills aside from being a customer service representative. I'm open for new opportunities and very willing to learn new things.
