I've been a call support/customer service representative for more than 2 yrs now. I could easily adopt and adjust constant changes of the job, and teachable in using or navigating the tools and guidelines of the company as a resources. I am coachable when it comes on improving my work, I am willing to commit under pressure tasks and to work with a team. With regards of my work experience as call support, I could say that I have the capability to handle a proper customer service.
