I'm a professional freelancer with 15 years experience mostly dealing with customer centric roles particular to sales, inbound phone support, financial accounts and data analysis.

I have been part of Upwork's internal team having worked as a Marketplace Quality Analyst for 3 years and have spearheaded a local call center in my hometown which offered services for various clients prior to that. I have managed accounts that provided services such as outbound calling, customer support for cleaning services, appointment setting and email and chat support.
