Apply knowledge of processes in day-to-day task which includes our main process such as research and identifying people faces. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. Aside from day to day work I handled reports directly to team lead and Service Delivery Lead.As an adhoc task I handled organization within our team to make sure that team members still have life-work balance. Cascading emails regarding events and activities throughout each team members, leads and manager not just here but outside the country where I practiced speaking to clients directly regarding our team.
