• Report translated mail to Director, GM and other section department of operation branches.
• Assembling in every morning operation meeting and discuss all the matters to all staff.
• Attending weekly and monthly meeting at Head Office and discuss all the cases happened and solving the problems.
• Checking Indoor and Outdoor with Japanese Manager to Dispatched Garments and the Inspection Processes whether going well or not.
• Contact to the japanese customers for everyday dispatch inspection.
• Searching the potential clients make the call, take the appointment and explain our services.
• Explanation about the company of various Services, Terms, Quotation fees, Operation processes,Company profiles and mail to the customers.
