Professionally, I have worked in one of the world's largest customer service companies—Teleperformance. In my ten-month tenure as a Customer Service Representative, I have learned to work around with people, meet expectations, and most importantly, I have learned the value of honest work. Working as Customer Service Representative, I find it hard to balance my social life with my work life. However, it did not stop me from loving my job. Aside from the Covid-19 pandemic which unexpectedly baffled the globe this year, another reason why I quit my job is because I was not able to feel like I have grown professionally. As much as I love my job, it did not allow me to practice all the other skills I have to offer, and put them to good use. I am now on a journey with myself, treading along the professional sidewalk, searching for the professional growth I have been longing for. I'm looking forward to working with various professionals around the world!
