Hi, this is Ryan but my friends caLL ME SOPHIA FROM BAGUIO CITY, I HAVE BEEN WITH BPO INDUSTRY
FOR almost 2 years, the MOST RECENT ONE IS WITH OCULUM LOGISTICS SERVICES COMPANY I WORKED THERE
AS TEAM LEADER FOR SOLAR COMPAIGN. BASICALLY WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR CUSTOMERS TO SWITCH TO SOLAR, and
we ask them some basic questions for the qualifications if they are qualified or not, luckily i could be
able close 3 to 5 deals a day, and for that the company itself was decided to gave me promotion
to become a team leader for the compaign and aside from being productive i could easily communicate
to customers using my abilities to give them the best character and attitude during conversation.
